Help me lose weight, Please !?

hi, i need to lose about 15 kilos (or 33 pounds), and I want to try and do it before Christmas (relatives coming to visit).

I can walk and ride a bike, use elliptical trainer, etc, but i cant run (very bad asthmatic and bad back problems). I’m no where near a pool or ocean, so swimming cant be part of my weight loss program!

I’m eating lots of fruit, and cutting down on fatty/sugary things, but nothing is getting rid of my weight.

Also, when I exercise, my thighs always build up muscle and look bigger, i dont want that!! i want to have skinner thighs.

any suggestions would greatly help me, thanks in advance
